Dr. Stephen King is responsible for Portfolio Management and Product Innovation processes at the Nestlé R&D Orbe Centre, located near Lausanne, Switzerland. He joined Nestlé in 2000, and worked for the next 8 years in operations management in Indonesia, for Nestlé’s global Breakfast Cereals business, and led a global Quality Improvement program from the Centre. Previously, he spent 10 years managing manufacturing and supply operations in the UK and Italy for Procter & Gamble. Stephen has a Ph.D. in Engineering.

He acts as a sparring partner with the heads of concerns like BMW and CNN. He is currently listed as 23rd in a list of the world’s 50 most influential economic thinkers.

Isabelle Welton is CEO of IBM Switzerland. After obtaining her law degree from Zurich University, she started her career at Citibank in New York and Tokyo. Isabelle Welton worked for Zintzmeyer & Lux, before joining Zurich Financial Services in 1996, where she was responsible for external communications. In 2003 she joined IBM Switzerland as Manager of Communications and was appointed as member of the Management Board in 2005. In addition she led external communications in Northeast Europe. Before her appointment as Chief Executive Officer of IBM Switzerland in January 2010 she led marketing, communications and corporate citizenship in Switzerland and Austria.
Dr. phil. Daniele Ganser is a Swiss historian who specializes in modern history since 1945 and international politics. He teaches at the University of Basel and is President of ASPO (Association for the Study of Peak Oil and Gas) Switzerland.
