Dr. David Bosshart, CEO of the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute (GDI) in Rüschlikon/Zurich 

Dr. Mirjam Staub-Bisang is a founder and managing partner at Independent Capital Management AG, an asset management and real estate advisory firm, based in Zurich, Switzerland. Prior, she held senior positions in investment banking, asset management with a focus on alternative investments at Commerzbank, Swiss Life Private Equity Partners, Merrill Lynch and Quadrant. Dr. Staub-Bisang started her career as a lawyer with Schellenberg Wittmer in Zurich.

Dr. Staub-Bisang holds a Ph.D. degree in law from the University of Zurich and is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Zurich and Swiss bar. She also holds an MBA degree from INSEAD in Fontainebleau and is a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.

Dr. Mirjam Staub-Bisang is a Trustee of the INSEAD Alumni Fund and a Board Member of the Kunsthalle Zuerich. In 2009 she has been elected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Philippe Roulet, Packaging & Design, Head of Global Packaging Materials & Training, Nestlé S.A.

Chemical Engineer graduate, Philippe Roulet started his career as a Food Scientist in the Nestlé Research Centre located in Lausanne (Switzerland). After 10 years, he moved within the same company to the very exciting area of packaging. During the next 20 years, Roulet has occupied a number of positions from operational responsibilities through to Innovation Packaging Manager.

In 2007, Roulet spent a year in the Nestlé USA headquarters leading the implementation of the new Nestlé Packaging Safety Strategy. In 2008 he moved back to the corporate packaging department in the Nestlé worldwide headquarter based in Switzerland as Head of Global Packaging Materials & Training.
